Accoya lumber is a 100% non-toxic process used to turn ordinary plantation grown radiata pine into a product that termites cannot digest- seriously. In addition to termites not being able to eat away at this lumber, it will not rot or decay and comes with a 50-year above ground warranty. Because the process changes how the lumber absorbs moisture, it becomes extremely stable so any coatings (paint and stains) will last exponentially longer than on standard treated lumber.
