Q: Do you deliver?
A: Absolutely.

Q: Do I need a contractor’s license?
A: Some materials sold by Pacific American Lumber can only be sold to licensed contractors. Feel free to contact us about that.

Q: Are you open on the weekends?
A: We are open 7 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Q: Do you have a mailing list?
A: Sure do. We send out a newsletter. Send us an email if you’d like to be added to our mailing list!

Q: What if I am looking for something but don’t see it on your website?
A: Call or email us! Because of the amount of products we sell, we aren’t able to list all of our products on our website – but we do try!

Q: I’m interested in building green, can you help me with that?
A:  We carry many products which are green products.  And through our FSC certification, we can bring in many more.  Call us and ask.
